Tonight’s concert brings us some suave music from Samuel Barber, and a brand new piece by percussion superstar John Psathas, co-commissioned by Scotia Festival for Architek Percussion. Then, Bach’s sunny E Major solo partita, and Louis Andriessen’s rhythmic and visceral classic, scored for “any loud sounding group of instruments”!
